I did it!!!

I'm happy to say that my efforts have also motivated some fellow "olde pharte" riders to improve their fitness and lose extra weight, which is a very gratifying bonus!

Yay!!!

Well done PB...

As a result, you should now be 25Lbs faster too! <haha>

Like the back of a lady biker friend's best T-Shirt says: "Does this bike make my %#&@! look fast?" :D

Thanks Rob...that's not why I did it, but I'm glad that it's inspired some others to do likewise.

Hey....the Supercross "fall off the healthy eating wagon" didn't seem to have any lasting effects, which is a good thing!

Why not this guy instead?

Might as well set your sights high, eh?

Not really a fall off the health wagon. Like most things in life , moderation is the best. You got to have some fun :wheeile2:

Very true....you have to have some treats in life....like beer, popcorn and riding!

:wheelie:

I wasn't really on a diet actually. Just trying to work out more....on the bike when the weather co-operated, and in the garage on the gym equipment other times. I still had my beer and munchies, just tried to moderate a tad and eat healthy is all.

Worked for me!
